The email address in the company information block below is the channel we monitor. Write from the address you want the reply to reach, and put enough detail in the first message that we can act on it without three rounds of clarification.

We aim to answer within a few business days. Messages about an order are answered faster when the order reference from your receipt is included.

What to include

For a question about something published here, a link to the page and the part you are asking about is enough. For a request about your own information under the privacy policy, say which right you are exercising so the request can be routed correctly.

For a press or partnership enquiry, a short summary in the first message saves time on both sides.

Postal address

The registered address is shown in the company information block below. Postal correspondence is accepted but is slower than email; use it where a written record is required.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot give individual professional advice, and we cannot comment on your particular situation. Please see a qualified professional for that.

We also cannot take payment details by email. Nobody legitimate will ask you to send a card number in a message; if you receive such a request claiming to be from us, it is not from us.
